neptune's fountain - navona square - Eternal Rome walking tour<br />This is a nice detail of the face of Neptune, Greek God of the Sea, who is the main character of this fountain at the northern side of Navona Square.<br />This amazing fountain by Giacomo della Porta, has its symmetric fountain on the southern side of the Square but quite different called "fountain of the Moresque"
